If you are refinancing your mortgage:
Our firm has significant experience working with lending institutions
on residential and commercial real estate financing matters. Whether
you are a first time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, we can help you
achieve your financing or refinancing goals. We work closely with our
clients to review preliminary broker and lender disclosures, and we
collaborate with the title insurance company and bank to make sure
funding of the transaction is not unnecessarily delayed. When all
preliminary matters have been addressed, our office will schedule and
attend the closing. We review the loan documents carefully with
our clients to ensure they understand what they are signing, and we
answer all their questions thoroughly to prevent unnecessary surprises
after the loan has funded. We have on occasion adjourned closings
when critical terms in loan documents were missing or closing costs
were different from what the borrower expected. We recognize that
obtaining a loan is a significant financial investment and tremendous
responsibility, and we strive to ensure that all documents are prepared
to the borrower's satisfaction before the borrower agrees to sign on
the dotted line. |
